Name of the activity No. 1: CHECKLISTS AND EQUAL CONTROLPOINTS

Creating a checklist based on equal control points and evaluating checklist during inspections.

- municipality of Trelleborg, Environment and Planning Board, partner nr 2, will be the principal of organizing and managing the activity
- veterinary Inspection, regional Veterinary Office in Szczecin, partner nr 12, will be responsible for the activity concerning the checklists

objectives/outputs
By creating “similar” checklist/checkpoints for audits of food producers in general and decide on equal control points it will help the control authority to focus on the same risks in the food businesses. It also ensures that the food producer will have an equivalent assessment of theirs food businesses throughout the whole region.  
The checklist will be evaluated during inspections in each country by all the partners. Using the same control points, makes it possible to evaluate increase or decrease in food safety among the food producers audited in the region.
