objectives/outputs:
- comparison of the requirements concerning inspection employees’ qualifications
- creation of a common, unified base of knowledge and requirements for the personnel responsible for food controls
- preparation of a manual covering the knowledge necessary to conduct the control of food safety
- assurance of high-qualified personnel - their knowledge will provide conducting more efficient food safety inspections
- created model of definitions and expressions can be used and widespread after the project
